Ordering and Payment
No cash payments are accepted. You may pay for your order either in USD (online via website) or TTD (bank transfer).
IMPORTANT NOTE: The $0.00 price for the TTD option does not mean the item is no charge. It means you will not be charged via the website and you will pay the TTD price via bank transfer. We will not cancel the order and refund your original payment if you mistakenly select USD.
To receive your order confirmation and facilitate delivery, all orders require full pre-payment and must include your full name, complete address, working phone number and email address in order to be fulfilled.
Delivery
All orders include free delivery and will be delivered via local courier up to three (3) business days after the order is shipped. The courier will confirm your availability to deliver your package at your location. Following three (3) failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for collecting your package at the courier’s facility and at your own cost. If your package is returned to us for failure to collect on your part, you will not be refunded, and you will need to place and pre-pay for a new order. We reserve the right to refuse future orders if you repeatedly violate our store policies.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final and no substitutions accepted.
Defective or Damaged Products
All products are manufacturer tested, certified and inspected by our team prior to shipping. In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged product, you must contact us first via email with supporting evidence. We will notify you if we will provide a replacement, or issue you a refund if the item is no longer in stock.
